It didn't take long for The Syndicate to make their presence known as THE Tommy Thomas and "The Human T-Rex" Montana Black interrupted ring announcer Johnathan Feltner's introductions and Thomas escorted the suspended PWX Tag Team Champions Timmy Lou Retton & BOSS into the venue. Thomas told PWX Owner Brian Kanabroski that the champs were paying customers and could not be turned away so the champs took their seats at ringside.
PWX Innovative Television Champion "The Revolutionary" Darius Lockhart defeated Nathan Cruz to retain the championship
Following the match, Chip Day met Lockhart on the entrance way just to remind him he still holds the "Opportunity Knocks" contract entitling him to a Championship match of his choosing at any time before the Rise of a Champion next year.
Chip Day defeated David Starr in a hard-hitting matchup
Aerial Monroe defeated Lady Katherine Darcy via submission with the "Monroe Special"
Elijah Evans IV defeated Ethan Case, Jason Cade, Fred Yehi, and Alexander James to earn the second spot in this year's X-16 Tournament
"The Governor" Martin Stone defeated "The Southern Savior" John Skyler
Once again Corey Hollis cost Skyler a big victory and things boiled over between the former best friends. After months of prodding and manipulation, Skyler struck the first blow on Hollis and it took the entire PWX locker room to break the two apart. It was announced later in the night that an UNSANCTIONED Street Fight will take place between the two October 21st when PW X returns to Cabarrus Arena & Events Center in Concord, North Carolina
Jonathan Gresham defeated Tracer X via submission
The Ugly Ducklings (Rob Killjoy & Lance Lude) w/ Coach Mikey defeated Manscout Jake Manning & White Mike
Following this match, The former PWX Tag Team Champions The Ugly Ducklings went after the current champions The Syndicate at ringside, a brawl broke out and Timmy Lou Retton and BOSS were escorted from the building by PWX Owner and COO Brian Kanabroski and the Shelby Police Department.
PWX World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Henry w/ Amber Young defeated "The New Age Enforcer" James Drake to retain the championship. This was a stellar main event that saw Drake nearly win the Championship in his hometown on several occasions but in the end, Elijah Evans IV drove a sledgehammer into the skull of Drake and Henry took advantage to retain.
